Tenants of Homes2HelpYou are accepted on an individualized basis according to their needs, level of independence, plans, goals, and ability to afford accommodations. OUR CARE BASED BELIEFS
Our process focuses on our core belief and philosophy that the personal, physical, and spiritual well-being of our clients must come first. We take an inter-disciplinary approach to our management as well as a team approach to our service offerings. We partner with numerous local and state non-profits as well as governmental entities to best meet the needs of our community. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
All our cooperative living homes are specifically designed to provide housing that is inviting and encouraging to the wellness of people. Because
of that, our residents have access to a wide variety of services provided by outsourced 3rd parties.
These include:
• Doctor / Nurse Home Visits
• Other Home Health Services (Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy)
• Hospice
• Durable Medical Equipment
• Case Management/Social Work
• Behavioral Counseling/Therapy
• Medication Management
• Many additional services
WHO WE SERVE
We provide housing options to some of those who are at times the most in need. Some of these include, but are not limited to:
• Seniors
• Any person diagnosed with any mental health impairment
• Veterans
• Domestic Violence Survivors
• Aged-Out Foster Youth
• Homeless/At-Risk of Homelessnessy.
OUR HOMES CULTURE
We lead by example. We provide care and amenities that are respectful and structured around safety and comfort for all. We hold each individual accountable for accepting and following the rules, and working wholeheartedly on themselves. We are drug and violence free and we expect you to keep drugs and/or violence out of our homes. We have a drug and violence zero-tolerance policy.
